Found art

Found art

Two plants turned wood

Conjoined, once lived

Entwined, now dead

Cutdown with saw

Of man, then left

Disguarded, done

Picked up by one

Whose eyes saw form

‘Found art’, and kept

Divorced it stands

Machine smoothed wood

A room of books

Words on pulp

‘What is the wood?’

Our want of names

Our eyes all look

Our minds turn out

A story of

Two plants turned wood
