Who controls the narrative?
Renee Nicole Good, a 37 year mother of 3 children, was shot by ICE federal agents on her way back from delivering her child to school. We can all see the moment, as it happens, in slow motion, with narrative.
Yet here is Trumps version. He was meeting with 4 journalists from New York Times, who asked his view on the shooting. He said the officer shot to defend himself. Challenged by the journalists he asked to see the video (presumably for the first time), and yet came out with this interpretation.

According to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Renee Good was to blame. As she drove away from ICE officers, she “weaponised her car” in a “domestic terror attack”, Noem said.
Such is the extreme language of hate.
She was a prize-winning poet and a hobby guitarist. “She was extremely compassionate,” her mother told the daily newspaper. “She’s taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being.”

A doctor on the scene was refused access. Medics arrived after 15 minutes.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension announced that the justice department and the FBI were no longer co-operating with its investigation into the shooting. Federal agencies, it said, would be solely responsible for handling the investigation into the use of lethal force by the ICE agent.
